Account Recovery

Forgot Your Password?
  1. Go to the FinnApp.AI login page at https://app.finnapp.ai
  2. Click on "Forgot Password"
  3. Enter the email address associated with your account
  4. Check your email for the verification code
  5. Return to the web page to enter the verification code plus the new password with the confirmation

If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder. If you still need help, contact us at info@finnapp.ai.

Troubleshooting

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try refreshing the page or restarting the app
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Try using a different browser or device
  • If the problem persists, contact us at info@finnapp.ai

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address
  • Check that Caps Lock is not enabled when entering your password
  • Try the "Forgot Password" option to reset your password
  • If you still can't access your account, contact us at info@finnapp.ai

  • Ensure you have accepted the AI disclaimer in the app
  • Check if you have reached your monthly token limit
  • Try refreshing the page and attempting again
  • The AI service may be temporarily unavailable - please try again later

  • FinnApp.AI requires an active internet connection to sync data
  • Check your internet connection and try again
  • Log out and log back in to refresh your session
  • If data appears missing, contact us immediately at info@finnapp.ai

Report Security or Privacy Issues

If you discover a security vulnerability or have concerns about your privacy, please report it immediately:

We take all security and privacy reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Please include as much detail as possible about the issue.

Account Deletion Instructions

You have the right to delete your account and all associated data at any time. We provide two ways to request account deletion:

Option 1: In-App Deletion
  1. Open the FinnApp.AI app
  2. Navigate to Settings
  3. Select Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm deletion
Option 2: Web-Based Deletion Request

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by email:

  1. Send an email to info@finnapp.ai
  2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your FinnApp.AI account
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request

Timeline: Your account will be deactivated within 30 days and all data permanently deleted within 90 days.
